The apartment is in perhaps the more well known landmark on the Costa del Sol, just behinds the monument to Buda,visible from the mototway Malaga to Giblarter, close to Benalmadena Pueblo which has many quality restaurants and tapas bars to suit all tastes as well as newsagents and other shops. Fuengirola has many shopping malls including Dunnes and the fabulous El Corte Ingles, Torremolinos, Benalmadena Costa with its spectacular award winning marina are only a few miles away. The little seaside area of Los Boliches has a superb weekly fish market which is worth a visit. There are many golf courses in the close vicinity and local attractions include the Tivoli amusement park, Selwo Park, go-karting, and of course the many blue flag beaches. Using the A7 (formerly EN340) it is possible to take day trips to historical cities such as Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and also Gibraltar is just a 1.5 hours drive. Puerto Banus and Estapona are 45mins away. In the winter months the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountains are approximately 2.5 hours from the apartment. There is a coastal bus, that has a bustop opposite the apartment, which will take you right into Benalmadena, Arroyo De La Miel ,Tivoli World, Fuengirola, Puerto Marina, Torremolinos and Malaga. The apartment is on the first floor and can be accessed by the stairs or the lift, as can the garage and the very large swimming pool. The apartment also has a terrace with sea and mountain views, and a parking space in the garage.
