The village of El Berro has 2 bakers, a village shop, 4 bars, 3 restaurants and a swimming pool that is open to the public. Wonderful and good size front terrace with superb views of pine forests and hillside, this terrace has a large stone dining table for al fresco eating and also has a beautiful stone built BBQ. The house is a good size, has a large kitchen with hob and oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and all utensils, plates and cookware, utility room (with washing machine, micro wave with oven and grill), a bathroom downstairs with a shower big enough for the whole family at once!!, plus another one upstairs. A woodburner in the lounge area for the very short winters (plus gas fire for back up, we supply 1 full gas bottle per booking per week) wood for the wood burner can be purchased locally, 2 ceiling fans, a large leather reclining sofa, a large corner sofa that also converts to a double bed, (4 bedrooms + this) The lounge area has TV with British Sky Satellite and a DVD player, a VCR, a music system (CD, Radio, Cassette player) Upstairs bedrooms....Bedroom 1 has kingsize bed, bedroom 2 has double bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, bedroom 4/upstairs lounge has a large corner sofa that converts to a bed settee (This room makes a great Winter lounge for smaller groups as it is far easier to keep warm and cozy.
