The reservations are made from Saturday till Saturday Arrived after 16 hours and departure at 10 am at the latest The price of the week for July and August is 2 300 The price of the rent for 2 weeks is graded and will be 4 000 for 15 days The linen of bed is supplied as well as tablecloths and cloths and must be made clean The rent is for 8 persons understood children An upper number of tenants without authorization of the owner would cancel the rent We ask for the house for a 3 000 pledge in check which will be put handed during the arrival and will be restored after inventory of fixtures and maximum 7 days after the departure of the tenant if there was no degradation The cleaning of the house as well as the outside terraces and the swimming pool is not included also a pledge treats carefully in cash of 100 will be asked as well as a 50 pledge for the outdoors and 50 for the linen After reservation by email we send you the lease of rent that you have to return us signed and accompanied with the 30 check or a transfert of 30% .For the persons who reserve enough early and who wish it we can envisage a spreading of the payment until the day of the rent.
