The Pool Area is extra large ( 30x15) with extended deck area and large lanai with ceiling fan. The pool is also floodlit for nightime use with barbeque facilities available. The pool is south facing providing all day sunshine. Shrub planting on the rear boudary provides you with a sense of enclosure without blocking the sun.
