You’ll be hard pushed to prise yourself away from the swimming pool. Relax and do some lengths in the 10 metre long pool with amazing views over the countryside, French Alps and azur blue sea. There are three bathrooms in total. The ground floor has one ensuite bathroom with overhead shower fitting and double sink unit and toilet and one ensuite shower room with vanity sink unit and toilet. There is also a separate WC leading off from the living room. The first floor has a shower room with vanity unit and toilet. They are decorated in soft grey tiling and modern finishings and each has a towel radiator and a hair dryer. The kitchen is perfect for a group to cook up a feast. Glossy red units house a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric four ring hob and combination oven and grill, extractor fan and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and has a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The large glass dining table next to the kitchen seats eight people. Enjoy eating with the patio doors open whilst enjoying the stunning views outside. There is air conditioning in the dining area. There are four bedrooms all with double beds, air conditioning and large wardrobe storage space. All rooms have double glazed doors that lead out onto various outside terrace areas. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and have their own ensuite bathroom or shower room and two bedrooms are on the first floor and share a shower room. All bedrooms are in separate areas of the house so do not share adjoining walls adding to a real sense of privacy. They all have air conditioning.
