There are also patio doors leading on to a small balcony. The main bedroom has a kingsize leather bed, colour TV, fitted wardrobes and again – stunning views of the river. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin room with fitted wardrobes TV.(fold-up bed available for 5th person) The large bathroom has a separate corner shower and corner bath with fitted sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, freezer and dishwasher & TV. (There is a laundry area in the garage with washing machine and tumble dryer). The view from the kitchen window is of a lawned garden and across to the famous Liver Buildings. There is then a spacious dining room with extending table. All these rooms lead from a large spacious central hall. There is off road parking if required.
