This duplex penthouse, with two levels of private open terrace, sleeps 6, in two twin and one double room with three bathrooms plus a fully equipped kitchen and large sitting and dining area fully furnished from new for the 2010 season. A large communal pool has amazing Mediterranean views. The beach is also easily accessed from Balcon de Benalmadena. The Fuengirola and Benalmadena resort areas are both within walking distance and taxis also have a rank nearby. We have private covered allocating parking for those with hire cars, though buses stop close by and there is also a railway station quite near which is linked directly to the airport. For safety reasons, because of the open spiral staircase connecting the upper and lower levels of this luxury duplex we regret that children cannot be accommodated. The property is not recommended for the infirm.
