Villa is placed in the residential part of Reggio Calabria (South Italy) about 15km from centre and 10minutes from airport . Villa is available for rent all year and the weather is wonderful from the end of April to end of October. House is located on a hill 300m above the sea and it is ten minutes walk from the sea however it is necessary to have a car. It is a 200m house with three bedrooms and living room with sofa double bed (1 double bedroom one triple room and one small room with one single bed). There are two bathrooms, big salon with fireplace and big kitchen. It is comfortable for 4-8 persons. Villa is place in calm countryside environment ( not close to big road so perfect for relaxing holidays and good for kids. It is rustic country style house with a particular artistic atmosphere so don't expect **** commodities.You can enjoy a nice patio barbecue place, hammock kids pool and a car parking space. From the courtyard you can see Etna volcano, the sea and vineyards. Reggio centre (witch is 15-20min drive )offers speciality in summer a lot of night opportunity, concerts and bars on beach parties. House can offers You a calm holidays good for family (with many different beach around) but also easy access for everything what city can offer, museums, historic sites and very good gastronomic experience.
