Recently renovated cottage, situated in the small hamlet of Castle, between Lostwithiel and Fowey, in South-East Cornwall. The cottage is detached decorated and furnished with a "home from home" feeling, in an idyllic country setting and is a perfect base for exploring our beautiful County. This old Carpenters workshop sits in the two acre "garden" of the Coach House, both buildings date back to about 1850, and were originally used to service the manor house. The cottage has been equipped with luxurious modern home comforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Throughout the cottage solid wooden floors have been laid and classical radiators fitted. The bedroom overlooks the garden and has doors right out onto the paved patio. It has a pocket sprung super king size bed or two three foot single beds. The bathroom has a traditional roll top bath and large separate shower room. The living area - Kitchen, Dining and Sitting Room overlooks the garden and has double doors out onto the patio area. It is furnished with a stunning wood burning stove and cosy sofas and television with Freesat. The kitchen has been fitted out in a modern style with solid oak worktops and a super Belfast sink, plus all the mod con's you will need to make your stay extra special! We operate a No Smoking policy in our cottage, also no stiletto shoes inside the cottage. A wine list is provided with prices and can be topped up during your stay if necessary! Wine, beers and ciders are supplied by Fowey Fish & Fowey Wines, payment for this facility will be taken at the end of your stay and can be made by cash, credit or debit card. Our delivery driver can also deliver fresh fish and shellfish from our shop in Fowey every day (except Sundays), there is a cool box provided for this.
