Located on the beautiful, less commercialised, west coast of Florida, this beautiful, three bedroom, third-floor, beachfront corner unit is one of the most perfect locations for a family vacation you'll ever see. From your balcony you can watch the children play on the beach, or swimming in the pool. It has wonderful views both directly out over the sea-oats to the Gulf and also, from the balcony, you have the most gorgeous view up the sweep of the beach. You can play tennis (onsite) in the morning and choose between a dozen splendid golf courses in the afternoon. But there's also lots of stuff to do with the kids (or just on your own). It's just a pleasant ten minute drive up the beach to all the activity, shops, and attractions of Clearwater Beach. And you won't believe the choice of local restaurants! (Just ask us, we love to eat out and we have some terrific recommendations). Orlando and Disneyland are just one and a half hours away. We also have an excellent theme park and a water park right here in Tampa (Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, respectively). Tampa International airport is 30 minutes away. The condo itself is beautifully appointed. It has absolutely everything, right down to the fully-equipped kitchen. There's a washer and dryer, linens, and towels. It even has beach chairs and umbrellas. The unit boasts new tile and tasteful wall-mirroring in the living areas. There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed an its own TV. The other bedrooms have two single beds each. There is also a sofabed in the living room for extra accommodations. We the owners (we're a couple of ex-pat Brits, by the way) regard you as our guests. We live in Clearwater Beach so we're close by and have lots of local knowledge you can draw on. As your hosts, we have a real concern to make your stay with us absolutely perfect, so you can call us at any time if you have any problems or questions. Also, along with all this personal attention, you get a significant discount from the realtors rates when you reserve your week(s) through us!
