Reservations Deposit Payments Bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit A deposit of 25 of the total booking value is required to confirm dates and secure a reservation Payment of a deposit is taken as your acceptance of the terms and conditions Payments can be made by Visa or MasterCard credit cards Payment of Balances The balance of the amount due for a booking is due four weeks before your arrival date Once paid a final booking confirmation is issued This final booking confirmation details the address of the beach house directions to the beach house from Cairns International Airport and instructions of how to gain entry to the beach house upon your arrival When paid the balance is non refundable We recommend that you buy a quality travel insurance product that will cover any loss incurred should you cancel your booking Cancellation Policy A 5000 administration fee is charged for all cancellations that are made prior to six weeks of the arrival date Deposits are only refunded when a cancellation is made prior to six weeks of the arrival date A 5000 administration fee is deducted from the deposit about refunded Deposits are not refunded when a cancellation is made within six weeks of the arrival date The balance of the amount due for a booking is due four weeks before your arrival date When the balance for your holiday has been paid it is non refundable We recommend that you buy a quality travel insurance product that will cover any loss incurred should you cancel your booking Check In Check Out Properties are available from 200pm and are to be vacated by 1000am
