VILLA DESCRIPTION The villa is located in the village of Pinar De Campoverde, Alicante on the Costa Blanca and is ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing family holiday. For those interested in playing golf the villa is in easy reach of several golf courses with the nearest being only 2 minutes driving away. The villa has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 person's, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine, rooftop solarium, and small private pool. Sky TV including BBC, ITV, Sky movies, Sky sports etc. The villa also has two playpen/cots available. Safety gates and safety plugs for electrical sockets are also provided for the safety of young children. The villa has a terrace at the front with chairs, tables and a large parasol for outside dining. Also available are a number of sun loungers and extra parasols. On arrival at the villa, you will find a folder containing useful information, regarding the facilities in the area and maps which will help you enjoy your stay. You will need to hire a car for the duration of your stay, as the nearest bars/restaurants are 10 minutes walking distance or a 2 minute drive and the nearest supermarket is about a 5 minute drive. The nearest beach is 5 minutes driving. Bookings are generally on a weekly or fortnightly basis. This can be flexible, if for example you wanted a ten-day stay we will be happy to accommodate you.
