Chalet de Bonheur offers bed and breakfast or half board accommodation for up to ten guests, with Apartment Bonheur offering a self catering option sleeping upto 4 guests. On the top floor we offer two guest rooms. One a double guest room and the other a room with two double beds accommodating upto four guests. These two rooms can be booked as a family suite, sleeping upto six. On the ground floor we offer another two double guest rooms, one can also be made up as suite to sleep three or four guests with connecting bedroom doors. Hairdryers are supplied. Each comfortable bedroom has ample storage space, fresh linen and towels for your stay, a change of towels is supplied for a week long holiday. All of the shower rooms are equipped with heated towel rails and hairdryers. Chalet guests can enjoy relaxing in the family lounge, equipped with English tv, a dvd player and a music centre, with a real wood fire. Enjoy wholesome continental breakfasts, delicious four course evening meals served with fine local wine, with spectacular views of the ski slopes and surrounding montains. A typical evening meal: A starter of Homemade Garlic Chicken Liver Pate and freshly baked bread, followed by a main course of Beef Bourguignon served with fresh seasonal vegetables, a dessert of Rich Chocolate Mud Pie, a selection of cheeses, fine local wine, soft drinks and coffee. Chalet de Bonheur is based in the bustling mountain village of Formigueres, with a provisions store, two patisseries, several lively local bars, a wood fired pizzeria, traditional Catalane restaurants, equipment hire, tourist office, tabac and cash point all located around the village 12th century church. We may also use the tennis courts and children's play ground on the village green. The Crèche offers its services to children from 3 months up. For your comfort and safety we ask that all guests leave outdoor shoes in the entrance halls, leaving the snow and dirt outside where it belongs.
