The House of Literature is an extraordinary Tuscan-style villa of inimitable style of approx. 330 sq.m., built on two floors, with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa's special feature is its exclusive furnishings from all over the world: Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia & Africa. All beds in the House of Literature are antiques over 100 years old brought from the Caribbean. Most of the heavy furniture is either restored antique or specially-commissioned, hand-made pieces. There are numerous unique wooden sculptures & carvings from the Caribbean, authentic tribal masks from the Caribbean & Africa, one-of-a-kind tiffany lamps & hanging lights, as well as exceptional paintings and decorations from all over the world. The entire house has a floor of special Italian ceramic tiles and hand-painted tiles. You can have access to the Library at any time upon request and can borrow any book(s) you like for the duration of your stay!
