The Cottage is well over a 100 years old but has now been sympathetically modernised and tastefully re-furbished. It is fully equipped for self catering holidays for up to 4 people (2+2) including: free wireless broadband (1MB), private parking for 2 cars, one double bedroom and one twin/double bedroom (mezzanine style), shower room, modern kitchen/dining area, comfortable sitting room with cosy wood burning stove, DVD and Video, an extensive library and private gardens. However, it is doubtful that you will find much time to enjoy it all as the surrounding country side has so much to offer you probably won't want to spend too much time inside. Outside over an acre of private gardens are yours to enjoy, including an orchard where you can pick your own fruit (when in season) a small wood and lawns bounded by extensive shrubs and gorse. You can even mow, weed, prune and dig at no extra charge should you so wish!
