Booking notes For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%. All deposits are non refundable. All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of€300 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. The quoted rates includes maid service with regular change of sheets & towels after 1 week stay and complimentary welcome basket including wine and food on arrival. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
