The villas are in a walled, 1225sqm shared garden with 3 other detached villas. The 65 sq.m. pool has depths ranging from 90cm to 160cm (not graduated) suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers alike. The villas are airconditioned throughout with all the mod cons at your disposal ie gourmet kitchen, Ottoman style lounge and balconies off each bedroom and includes a private walled terrace for a BBQ or intimate dinner. It is air-conditioned and equipped with DVD/TV system. 2 bathrooms both with shower, toilet and hand basin are situated on each level. The master bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables, lamps, a chair and side table, large mirror, wooden towel holder, balcony with chairs and table. The double bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, wooden towel holder and shared balcony with chairs and table. The third bedroom has adult size bunk beds, wardrobe and towel holder & shared balcony with chairs and table. Quality bedlinen and towels are supplied (Beach towels not included). We are presently offering a reduced tariff of £399 PW per villa and including a Complimentary Welcome Pack for all unbooked weeks (Sept/Oct). The villas are ideally suited for joint family holidays and may be rented individually or together. Being in a walled garden, each with their own walled terrace, they provide ideal security and safety for young children. The pool is also elevated adding another safety measure for children. Reverse cycle air-conditioning units ie heating and cooling are installed in both villas with individual units in each bedroom for your convenience. The double beds are equipped with orthopedic mattresses as are the bunk beds in bedroom 3. A portable BBQ is provided for you to enjoy either a BBQ on your private terrace or in the garden. The villas are set in a manicured established walled garden with large expanses of lawn suitable for sunbathing or having a BBQ. There are established trees around the boundary and a rose garden near the pool. All paths are paved in local stone and the garden store shed is locked for child safety. The large shared pool (64sq.m) has depths ranging from 90cm to 160cm, not graduated, making it suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers alike. The pool is illuminated in the evening from 9pm - 10.30pm for that last swim before retiring. The private walled and gated terrace has an outdoor setting (table and 6 chairs) an umbrella and BBQ. This offers seclusion and privacy and peace of mind if you have young children. There are also 4 sunbeds with cushions for each villa at your disposal near the pool. Outdoor furniture is also provided on your bedroom balconies so you can enjoy an early morning coffee or a sundowner... Within a 2 minute walk of your villa there is 'Cafe Central' which acts like a local pub serving simple food and both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks (open til late). The corner store is also about 150 metres from your door suitable for purchasing water, milk, bread and other essential items. Larger supermarkets are available in the town centre which are about a 5 minute walk away. Fresh milk is available at Migros. Numerous restaurants are scattered throughout the town and along the riverside complemented with bars and a variety of other shops selling clothes, souvenirs, carpets etc. There is a bank (Isbank) in the centre of town with many automatic telling machines also available throughout the town. A local clinic provides an English speaking doctor and there is also an English speaking Dentist for any medical/dental requirements you may have. There are a number of car & scooter hire companies in town. Tour companies operate in town with trips to Saklikent Gorge, 12 Island Cruise, Jeep Safari, Koygeyiz Lake trips to mud baths and thermal pools, Crabbing Trip, Diving, canoeing and other adventure sports. Your villa is only 100 metres from the Turkish Hamam, a wonderful bathing experience. Great to start your holiday to get that perfect tan. Your masseur will exfoliate and then give you a wonderful soap massage, you will be 'squeaky' clean! The local buses run frequently to Iztuzu Beach, Ortaca, Fethiye, Marmaris and Mugla. You will only have to walk 100 metres to pick up any of these services. Local transport is very reasonably priced with a trip to Ortaca being 2.5 TL (£1). Local markets are accessible by minibus, Ortaca on Fridays, Mugla on Thursdays, Fethiye on Tuesdays, Koygeyiz on Mondays. Another great way to go to the market in Koygeyiz is to take a boat trip with Captain Unal who will provide you with a memorable day swimming in the lake, thermal pools and visiting this typical Turkish town market.
