Apartment Dar il-hena which translates to ‘house of peace’ brings a touch of luxury to self catering accommodation on Malta. With use of a shared pool and views to Ghardria Bay, Malta's longest beach, the apartment is well placed for those wanting to simply relax or visit Malta's many sites. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Well equipped. Served with a lift which goes down to the underground garage. The bus stop is a short walk away so car hire is not essential. Access to the apartment for visitors with mobility is good. A garage is provided and the lift is a few paces away with a no steps (a small ramp). The apartment door is right outside the lift. The apartment is on one level and one of the en-suites has a walk in shower. The final roads to the apartment are bumpy and there is a steep slope up to the entrance of the complex. Guests with mobility problems who want to go out and about, a hire car is recommended. Use of pool towels and bathrobes. A complementary wash bag (1 per couple) is provided. It contains items like soap, shower gell, flannels, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shower caps. So if you want to travel with just hand luggage you can. A food pack containing water, bread, milk, tea, coffee, bacon, toilet rolls and wine is provided. The main balcony is a good size with a wooden gate legged table and six Chairs. The master and second bedrooms have small balconies each with a bisto set seating 2. There are chairs and sunbeds to take down to the shared pool. Acrylic plates and glasses are supplied for use round the pool area. The complex rules state no glassware is to be used by the pool. BBQ's are not permitted anywhere on the complex. We are Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) Licensed: Superior Grade (Highest).
