Your very own jetty means you can spend your evenings fishing or perhaps even hire a boat (or bring your own!) All of the 5 bedrooms are extremely comfortable with quality beds and mattresses as well as freshly and professionally laundered bed linen and bath towels. The rooms are decorated with modern tasteful paintings and ornaments. 2 of the bedrooms have huge walk in wardrobes in case you plan to do a lot of shopping which the Gold Coast is famous for. The master bedroom is absolutely enormous and also has a wall mounted brand new LCD TV. The spacious master marble ensuite offers a huge corner spa bath plus separate shower and double sink. Guest amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and soap are supplied. The second upstairs bathroom offers a large shower and sink. The third bathroom downstairs offers a shower with separate large bath tub and sink. There is also a separate powder room downstairs. The house features an office area with stunning river views plus free wireless internet. The kitchen is upmarket and modern. A new addition to this already perfect home, the kitchen features granite bench tops and oversized modern appliances to make cooking a real pleasure. It also offers amazing river views so relax whilst cooking and make sure you pour a glass of wine. The kitchen is very well equipped with all kinds of quality utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, oven and gas stove, plenty of bench space as well as pantry space and a double door fridge freezer with water dispenser and ice maker. Enjoy your coffee from the Delonghi coffee machine. Spacious open plan living opens out to the lounge room with it's enourmous wall mounted LCD TV with Foxtel and DVD where you can watch your favourite movies or TV shows. The comfortable corner lounge has just been replaced with a great new one thus sit back and relax. The lounge and kitchen combine with the outdoor areas through large sliding doors that can be opened to seamlessly combine the 2 spaces. In another part of the house downstairs you will find spacious movie room with yet another enormous wall mounted LCD TV and several super comfortable lounges. This room is set up for DVD and Foxtel and has block out blinds for a real movie experience. A selection of DVDs is provided for all ages. Board games are provided for rainy days (though they never happen on the sunny Gold Coast?) The dining room has a large elegant dining room table and chairs and polished timber floors. Set the table with our quality dinner setting and enjoy dinner in style. Complete with airconditioning unit which like the others has reverse cycle heating to keep cozy in winter. The outdoor area is furnished with a large table and chairs in an ideal spot overlooking the river and surfers skyline. Complete with hurricane lamps for a nice al fresco evening meal. The large gas BBQ will provide your dinner Aussie style. The swimming pool is serviced on a regular basis and comes complete with cushioned sun lounges. Put on the sunscreen, lie back and let the sights of the river entertain you. The house has full laundry facilities with quality large washing machine, dryer, clothes line, ironing board and iron. We provide starter packs of the essentials such as laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, soap, dishcloths etc. for your convenience. Upon arrival to the property you will be met by our friendly guest liasion with a bottle of wine. This bedroom is also fully air conditioned. it is tastefully decorated in beautiful Balinese style decor. The Third Bedroom upstairs also features a quality queen bed with quality bed linen, bedside tables and lamp plus build in wardrobe. This bedroom is also fully air conditioned. Soft blankets and cushions provide comfort and relaxation. The Fourth Bedroom is downstairs and offers views of the beautiful Japanese style garden with a water feature outside which you can opt to have running for a tranquil flowing water sound. Furnishings include bedside tables, lamp, build in wardrobe and the bed is made with quality fresh linen and soft blankets and cushions to enhance relaxation. This bedroom is also air conditioned. The children's room (5th Bedroom) with 4 quality single beds (in a double bunk bed configuration) is also downstairs. Again the mattresses are comfortable and the bedding quality to ensure a good night sleep. This room has its own air conditioning unit also. We can also arrange for cots, high chairs, strollers, prams, toys and fold out bed for a child wanting to sleep in parents room at a very small additional charge. Please ask us if you need these.
