Granite worktops, marble floors and marble tiled bathrooms make it special. The lounge leads onto a fantastic southerly facing terrace, where you can relax in the sun or shade all day. A large glass table means you can dine al fresco and it is the ideal place at the end of the day to put your feet up, maybe read a good book, have a glass of wine (or two) and generally relax as the sun goes down. Extra usage is charged at 25 cents (20p) per unit and will be deducted from your Security Bond. RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount must be paid. SECURITY BOND: £200 security bond required with your final payment. Refunded within 15 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely received by us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: The property is available for occupation between 17:00 and 22:00 and should be vacated by 12:00 (local times) on the day of departure.
