This luxurious "executive" 4 bedroom home is located on the Tuscan Ridge development in the Davenport area of Orlando on US Highway 27 just 12-15 minutes away from Disney. This villa sleeps 8 people comfortably but can cater for an additional 2 guests - we have a pull-out sofa bed located in one of our two lounges. The villa, which is furnished to a very high standard, comprises 2 MASTERS with ensuites both with direct access to the pool via patio doors. There are two further bedrooms (both twins) and one further bathroom. The villa also boasts a large living room (with TV, DVD/video player) overlooking the pool, spacious open-plan kitchen with all facilities, including cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and all the utensils and gadgets you can dream of and an informal dining area (again overlooking the pool). There is also a separate more formal dining room at the front of the villa and an additional "quiet" lounge area with direct pool access. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and drier, steam iron and ironing board. The villa is equipped with everything you need, from towels and fresh linen to all cutlery and crockery. Inside the home is fully air conditioned and decorated to a high standard. Outside is a large south facing screened and heated swimming pool plus jacuzzi. A large lanai area (for keeping cool or dining al fresco) is where you can shade from the sun and outside you will find fans to keep you cool.
