It is an ideal base for families to explore the North-west Norfolk coast and beyond. Downstairs A small lobby with space to hang coats and store golf clubs etc. leading to an en-suite double bedroom with bath and shower over. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds ideally to sleep 4 children. There is a further twin room and a double room with a door to the garden also a family bathroom with bath (no shower). Another door leads to the garden from the downstairs hallway. Upstairs Comprises a large open plan sitting room with T.V. and a dining area seating 10. This leads to a kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. There are restricted views from upstairs over the marshes. The small garden is enclosed with lawns and planted borders. There is off road parking for 3 cars at the front of the house. Heating is by oil and is included in the price as is electricity. Bed linen is supplied but not towels 1 well behaved pet accepted. Bookings are Friday to Friday. Short breaks usually Friday to Monday but may be flexible.
