It lies in the coastal village of Brancaster and is only a few miles from the popular town of Burnham Market. Downstairs A large sitting room with comfortable seating, open fire, tv and video. You may access the garden through the conservatory. The dining area seats 8 with an additional 2 folding chairs and leads through to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and breakfast bar. The fridge, fridge-freezer and washing machine are in the adjoining utility room. There is also a separate W.C on this floor. Lower ground floor Here there is a bunk room with 2 sets of adult sized bunks and a large twin room with TV. Upstairs There is a beautifully decorated double room with a bathroom en suite, a family bathroom and a further twin room. Outside Outside . A paved enclosed garden with a barbeque with access through a gate to the large parking area. Bed linen is supplied but not towels. The owner requests that guests do not smoke inside house.
