It is close to the interesting towns of Holt and Burnham Market. All of the accommodation has been recently redecorated and furnished to a high standard and comprises 2 double rooms, a twin room and a further large bedroom that contains 3 single beds one of which is a 'pull out' forming a double. There is a large family bathroom and a well equipped kitchen/diner which has seating for 10 with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is a separate W.C with a shower. The lounge is bright and looks out to sea with seating for 10. Access to the roof terrace is gained from here and the main corridor. It has a 4 ft high wall around it and is therefore safe for children, with wooden decking and seating for 10 at the table.
