It has been very recently completely renovated to a high standard creating a very sunny and pleasant holiday home only a few minutes from the coast and beaches. Downstairs A comfortable lounge with an open fireplace, TV, video and hi-fi. A second lounge offers a quiet sitting area with a double sofa bed for occasional use . The fully fitted kitchen/dining room is very well equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The sunny dining area seats 6. Upstairs Comprises 3 bedrooms one double, with an en-suite shower room. There is a built in wardrobe with storage drawers under the bed also. The twin room has a walk in wardrobe. There is a further small room with bunk beds. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower . The garden is laid to lawn with shrubs, garden furniture and a barbeque. There are extensive views over fields. Parking is to the rear of the property. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Heating is by electricity and is included in the price. The owner requests that guests do not smoke inside the house. Sorry no pets accepted. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks available at off peak times, usually Friday to Monday.
