The Boatshed is a recently built, uniquely designed and decorated home, generously appointed with modern furnishings & fittings. Tasmanian Oak floors compliment the living areas. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and has a spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is a gourmet chefs delight with stainless steel benchtops, La Germania cooktop/oven and is well equipped with many extras. The house features a TV,DVD/Video, a stereo system with CD, reverse cycle airconditioning to the living areas and halogen lighting on dimmers. Bathrooms are heated and bathroom 2 features a deep bath for a glorious soak! The beds in all our large bedrooms have feather doonas for comfort. Linen and cleaning is included in the tariff. The backyard is fenced from the driveway for privacy and features a decking/limestone constructed entertaining area with a sunken dining section. Enjoy with our compliments a bottle of local Margaret River wine waiting for you upon arrival!!

SCHOOL LEAVERS LATE NOVEMBER 2004 We will be using this period to maintain our property, so will be unavailable for rental. Enquiries for this period may not be responded to. * A A$500 bond applies to all lengths of stay. * The Boat Shed sleeps 6 people maximum. (3 Bedrooms : 2 queen beds and 2 king single beds.) * Linen provided DEPOSITS * Deposits are essential and need to be submitted to confirm your booking within one week of a verbal booking. * A 25% deposit is needed to secure a booking date. * Full payment for a date is required 1 month in advance of the arrival date.
