These wonderful all-suite accommodations are perfect for temporary lodging in Juneau, Alaska, whether for vacation, business, corporate, family travel, extended stay or relocation. They include everything you need to live carefree and comfortably for 5 days or 12 months. * Minimum Charge: *($500 minimum charge in super saver season, $900 in spectacular summer season). Rate and availability is determined by the reserved and confirmed period, with the higher rate to apply if the total is higher in the event of early departure. Written lease for longer-term rentals (30+ days). During "off season", numerous professionals/business persons enjoy both our condo units and our inn for all of their business, corporate and relocation needs. Terms: Rates are in U.S. dollars, per night, per condo, with one or two occupants. Add $5 in winter, $15 per night in summer for each additional occupant ($5 if under age 2). Add 12% tax for stays under 30 days. Add $100 cleaning fee if not left guest ready. $500 smoking deposit waived for non-smokers. Rate includes utilities, local phone, condo dues, furnishings, housewares, linens, cable TV, stereo, iron/board, small and large appliances, laundry, bikes, covered parking, storage area, etc. This is an unhosted, self-catered, self-clean property. Cleaning equipment and initial supplies provided. Cleaning services available @ $25 per hour (2 hour minimum fee). Smoking and shoes are disallowed indoors. Bring slippers.
