The dining/kitchen area has all essential modern facilities including microwave oven, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer. There are 3 bedrooms, double, twin and a single. The bathroom has a bath/overhead power shower. A downstairs cloakroom has a toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. Off-road parking for 1 car is available. The conservatory has a football/tennis table and leads on to an enclosed patio garden with table and seating. Bed linen, towels and tea towels included, along with electricity and gas central heating. A high chair and travel cot are available on request but please supply own bedding. No pets or smoking permitted in the cottage.
