There is a splendid communal swimming pool area and a tennis court. The villa is located in the Fanadix area of Moraira just 2km (24 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, and the Algas beach bar. From the villa there is a picturesque view down the valley and out to sea. The town of Moraira and the main sandy beach is just 3.5km - an 8 minute drive. Casa Sophie has two bedrooms, one double bedded and one twin bedded, a lounge with two 6ft leather sofas, an open fireplace, satellite television with free to air channels, CD and DVD player and a radio. A guest bed can be put in the lounge for an extra child. The dining room has a large table with six chairs and the kitchen features an oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Outside you will find a large rear terrace, with awning, that is fully enclosed and has a table and chairs, a serving table, two sun loungers and two beach chairs.
