Best points Torrevieja has a lot to offer all ages and nationalities. Whether it is the Spanish sun you are after, the beach, the sea, the shopping, the food or the nightlife, not to mention the theme parks, cinemas, put-put or ice-cream, I am sure that you will find what you are looking for. Duquesa Beach, as you will shortly admire, is a complex which all the neighbours are very proud of. We like to believe that it is the most elegant and well-located complex in Torrevieja. Located on the Northerly side of “ La Playa Los Locos”, the side where the beach is guarded, it was built 15 years ago. The building is architecturally the most impressive in the area. It is modern, yet has a certain romantic charm with its stone pathed patio and wrought iron fence, a great idea to keep those children under control. The sound of its fountain in the main patio area is a great way to relax and helps cool those hot summer days. If it gets to hot you may either opt for the salt water of the Mediterranean Sea, a step away, or the fresh water of our swimming pool, both equally refreshing. Our apartment is located on the second floor. The entire east side, which includes the master bedroom, lounge room, balcony and solarium, faces both the fountain patio and the Mediterranean Sea. It is therefore a very cool apartment, meaning that at “siesta” time, make sure to cover up. The decoration of the apartment is simple and clean, in order to make those holidays the least workable, yet modern, elegant and fresh. Its entire 70 m2 of interior, 20 m2 of balcony and 40m2 of solarium on top, are made to make the most of. Due to very little usage, 2003 is the very first time we have decided to rent the property.
