This superb property is located in La Joya, ‘The Jewel’, and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard to suit the owners’ needs. It is located in the beautiful, green, Northern Costa Blanca in the exclusive and unspoilt ‘golden triangle’ bounded by the pretty coastal towns of Javea, Moraira and Altea. All three are old Spanish towns full of charm and character. Those who know Spain well will tell you that this is the best area on the Spanish coast. The World Health Council says that the area has one of the healthiest climates and environments in the world. The property is within a small development of three bedroom link detached villas and is within 50 metres of a superb swimming pool and a children’s pool which are located in landscaped gardens, with lawns, palm and olive trees. To the rear there are magnificent views down the valley over citrus and olive groves and through the vineyards towards Moraira, the coast and the Sierra Bernia Mountain range. Six people plus one baby or infant sleeping in a cot are comfortably accommodated. We also provide the cot and high chair. For your comfort, the property is fully air-conditioned. The open plan lounge / dining area has a wood-burning stove and is comfortably furnished with a Rattan three-piece suite. For your enjoyment there is a Sky TV, Hi-fi and a DVD player. The American kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven, halogen hob, dishwasher and all other kitchen requisites. In the utility area, to the front of the property, there is an automatic washing machine. The villa accommodates six people in three bedrooms, which have good quality comfortable beds and mosquito blinds at the windows. The master bedroom is situated downstairs and has an en suite shower room, a king size bed, and French doors which lead to a secluded sunny terrace and pretty garden. The two twin bedrooms on the first floor share a family bathroom, which has a shower and a bath. All sheets and towels are provided. The ground floor secluded terrace has a sun awning and rustic sun screens and is accessed through French doors from the master bedroom or patio doors from the lounge. There are six dining places, a gas Bar-B-Q and sun loungers in this area. The upper terrace has magnificent views over the valley and has a small table and chairs with a parasol to sit and enjoy the view. These terraces face southwest towards the beautiful town of Moraira and the coast, which is only two kilometres away. To the front of the house there is a cool, shady courtyard which is perfect for sitting out on hot afternoons. Car parking is also to the front of the house. The view from the upstairs bedrooms and terrace is towards Moraira, the coast and the Sierra Bernia Mountain range. The views are truly tranquil over the terracotta tiled roofs of the white washed villas. This is a lovely private area to watch the beautiful sunsets and to enjoy an evening with that special bottle of Rioja. There are lots of exclusive, child friendly restaurants providing international and local cuisine, paella and tapas. Nearby are a number of superb, safe, sandy, child friendly, blue flag beaches with calm seas. There is a great supermarkets and other shops just two minutes away.
