A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required with the balance being paid 6 weeks prior to commencement. There is ?100 refundable security deposit to be paid with the balance. The property is to be left clean, in the same condition as found (everything is supplied for convenience) Changeovers can be flexible in length of stay allowing you to take full advantage of cheaper mid week flights. Extra days added to a full week will be charged on a pro rata basis with 3 nights being minimum. No smoking please, there is plenty of outside space, the front balcony and back garden. No animals. There is a telephone for your convenience which allows incoming calls and outgoing calls using a prepaid france telecom card. Long lets are available at certain times of the year from 1-3 months. Price includes heating, water and electricity (no extra winter supplements) There is a one off fee per booking payable which is ?35, (?25 for a single person April - September) for this the apartment is prepared and the beds are made up with freshly laundered linen, the apartment is then checked again after your departure and the laundry taken away for cleaning. Many other complimentary items have been included for your convenience. A travel cot has been purchased and is complimentary, if required. Please supply your own towels.
