On the upper part of the village and set over 3 floors the house has been sympathetically renovated with your comfort in mind. The central location in Trabuco offers endless opportunities to discover rural Spain at its very best. The house looks towards the Sierra Gorda mountains, and the south-facing aspect of the private sun terrace gives 360º views of the village and the surrounding countryside. The village offers many good restaurants, banks, bars and shops, and the recently rebuilt swimming pool is close by. There are shops on nearly every street selling everything you could possibly need to make your holiday complete. Bedroom 1 with double bed and views across the mountains, wardrobe and bedside chests and a hairdryer. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, bedside cabinets and hanging space for clothes. Heaters and fans in both rooms, selection of bedding provided. On the ground floor there is a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin and on the top floor a bathroom with wide walk in shower, wash hand basin, toilet, washing machine and wall heater. Outside the bathroom you will find the iron and ironing board. The ground floor kitchen diner has an oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee percolators and kettle. Round dining table and chairs and fully equipped for 4 persons with abundant crockery, glasses and cutlery. Ground floor living room with 3 seater settee and armchair, Satellite TV, DVD player and in excess of 300 DVDs for adults and children alike. CD player and an assortment of CDs. Games and jig-saws are also provided. Portable heating for the cooler months. The main outside area is on the roof of the house affording 360º views of the surrounding countryside and the village below, this area is not overlooked by neighbours and is an ideal sunbathing spot. Patio chairs and a table with parasol are provided as is a cool box for those essential items! There is an outside electrical point so a CD player or light can be used whenever necessary. The property is not unfortunately, suitable for disabled persons as it is on the higher streets in the village and is spread over three levels making access difficult. Young children, whilst welcome, must be supervised at all times as little people and tiled floors do not a happy situation make!
