Pennard has been in susie's family since the 17th century the cellars date from then and the superstructure is stately , lofty and Georgian . Multi lingual Martin runs an antiques business from here and he and Susie obviously enjoy having guests in their home . You have the run of the library , drawing room, magnificent billiard room, 60 acre orchard, meadows, woods, grass tennis court and six acres of garden with a spring fed pool ( swim with the newts) . Bedrooms are large and have good views; one is oval with a corner bath in the room. Although this is a big house it still feels warm and comfortably livd in.
