In the villa there is a foyer, a living room with a fireplace and comfortable couch, and a dining area with a corner kitchen area. In the living room there is a satellite television, DVD player and stereo. In the kitchen area there is an electric oven with a 4-burner stovetop and a dishwasher. There are 3 master bedrooms, each with an additional single bed. Two of the these bedrooms have a full bathroom attached to them. There is one central bathroom with a tub. There is air conditioning on the first floor. There is a small spiral staircase leading from the first floor to the basement area. The basement is beautifully decorated and has two single beds, a piano and table football (soccer) game. There are also two master bedrooms in the basement, one of which has a third single bed. A full bathroom connects the two bedrooms. The entire basement is two meters high and has windows in every room. In the yard there is small stone building with two washing machines where guests can do laundry (iron and ironing board included). Outside the villa there is a beautiful covered patio with a large stone table and chairs for outside dining. On the patio there is a barbecue and a brick oven. Next to the patio there is a full kitchen with an electric oven with a 4-burner stovetop, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator. All of this is surrounded by a beautiful yard shaded by lovely trees and flowers. Next to the covered patio is an open patio with a beautiful view of the sea and the hillside. From the open patio there is a small set of steps leading to the pool. The pool is 9 meters in diameter and has hydromassage pumps. Surrounding the pool are comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water and full bathroom with a changing area. The tennis court is at the other end of the yard and has artificial grass. The entire yard is fenced in so that dogs and children can roam the roam the property freely. The parking area is inside the villa.The villa has a private entrance with an electric gate. Pool and yard maintenance is provided. Sheets and towels are available. Animals are permitted. There is 24-hour assistance on call.
