Down a modern wooden and iron staircase you approach a visible loft where there is the bedroom, (double bed with possible added bed), and bathroom with shower. The structure is well finished in marble, its particular, elegant and richly comfortable with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, television, DVD reader and video recorder, radio FM and Home Theatre. The equipped beach (of which the use of lounges and deck chairs are included in the rent) is exclusively for the people who live in the residence. Restaurant on the beach (open during the summer period at lunch and dinner). Also use of the swimming pool and tennis court (built inside the building) are reserved exclusively for the residence for a fee. Two parking places inside the residence. The beach is 10 metres distance. Golf is 4 kms. The supermarket is 1km distance. Coni fitness centre is 3kms away. Pisa is 15 minutes and Florence is 40 minutes by car. There is a big wood for running or walking 2kms away. Minimum stay one week. Animals are permitted provided they respect the condominium regulations. (No dirtying the residence garden or rowdiness at night).
