The spacious Kitchen/Dining Room is equipped with new pine units, a large dining table and all modern facilities including a dishwasher, washer/dryer,freezer,fridge,microwave,full oven, and even a CD player. This room also houses your own private central heating boiler, and it is an easy and highly efficient system.All central heating/electricity is included in the rate. From the back hall adjacent to the Kitchen, is a door that leads to the pretty patio then into the back gardens. A large airing cupboard, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are also off the back hall.
