Our duplex apartment is located just above the village of Kas and comprises 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with balconies at the front of both levels and private wraparound terraces at the rear. The 180º seaviews from the balconies are spectacular and the village is a mere 10 minute stroll away. The beautiful turquoise water is a 5 minute walk down the hill from our apartment where beach platforms are located providing sunloungers for free. The apartment is fully self-contained including washing machine and dishwasher and is fully screened. The downstairs area comprises a large lounge and dining area with balcony to the front and a private terrace at the rear. Also on this level is a separate eat-in kitchen and family bathroom with shower. Stairs from the lounge area lead to the upper floor which comprises a large double bedroom facing the sea, a single bedroom facing the sea with a door onto the front balcony, another family bathroom with shower over bath, and a third double bedroom at the rear with a door onto another large, secluded and sunny balcony facing the cliffs behind and with a side view to the sea. The downstairs area of the apartment is kept cool by wonderful seabreezes – deceptively cool on the hottest summer day! The upstairs area is air conditioned. There are steep steps leading up to the apartment which makes it unsuitable for persons with limited mobility. There is a parking area below.
