Everything you need for a trip to the beach as well as entertainment for a rainy day is provided. On arrival you will find a welcome basket containing a bottle of bubbly and a home made cake! There's a delightful communal pebbled garden and outside seating area with a bench in front of the house plus a private car port. The Beach Retreat is offering a 15% discount on the Royal Wedding weekend - booked and confirmed by the end of March and after this period 10% discount if booked by the 27th April for the weekend of the 28th April – 2nd May. Plus a wedding goodies basket on arrival. The owner for The Beach Retreat is also offering a 15% discount off any Easter booking 2011 booked before the 31st March and 10% off if booked before the 20th April - Easter eggs and Easter welcome basket goes without saying! Ground floor: Open plan living area - Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, juicer, coffee maker and dishwasher, Sitting room with 26" flat screen TV and free view and DVD player, iPod docking station and sofa that converts to double bed for occasional use. Utility room with washing machine and separate dryer and Cloakroom First floor: Master bedroom with king-size bed, Double bedroom and Bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC. Bath robes provided.
