Casa Manjan in Jardin del Mar is a airconditioned comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with solarium and breakfast terrace, conservatory, outside eating area, a large community pool In quiet location close to blue flag beaches and lots of local amenities including designer shopping mall. Casa Manjan, is a very beautiful typically Spanish House. It is fully air conditioned and has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, one has a lovely terrace to sit outside and enjoy your morning breakfast. Downstairs has a shower room,wc, upstairs has a large bathroom with bath,shower,wc and bidet. On the 3rd floor you can relax on the sunbeds on the solarium. The fully fitted modern kitchen leads onto the terrace where you can sit and enjoy your barbecues and a glass of Sangria on the large table and chairs with a sun umbrella to keep out some of those rays. The lounge has comfortable leather settees and a large flat screen television, in English, German or Spanish, if you want to catch up on your soaps or football. We also have wireless internet available so you can keep in contact should you need to. There is also off road parking for your vehicle. The Costa Blanca has many beautiful blue flag beaches, a 5 minute drive will take you to the lovely town of Torrevieja, there is also frequent buses running into the town from the bottom of the street. Torrevieja has an amazing pier leading out over the sea with lots of seats for you to have a breather, you can also stroll through the little market stalls in a pedestrian precinct and enjoy some Tapas and a glass of wine from one of the many bars and restaurants. Jardin Del Mar although in a very peaceful area is very convenient for many attractions. Lots of other lovely Sandy Beaches just a short drive away, also surrounded by health giving salt lakes, which often have the lovely coloured flamingos feeding there. We have two very popular water parks within a 5 minute drive away. A short walk will take you to the Habaneras designer shopping Mall, which also has fun rides bars and ice creams on the top floor which the younger children always enjoy. Opposite the Mall is the Ozone Centre which is a hit for the older children, they can enjoy the bowling,mini golf, large Trampolines and a night club there is also a Casino for the Mums and Dads as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. You can take a stroll to the Parque de la Naciones which has peddle boats on the lake shaped like a map of Europe, a small café and many varieties of ducks and birds There are lots of activities for the more energetic, including walking, golf, boat hire etc in the very beautiful Harbour in Torreveija.
