Delightful one bed apartment in the bustling resort of Monte Gordo: the beach is just a few minutes walk away! The apartment is on the 5th floor, accessed by a lift and has some superb views of the countryside, town, beach and in the distance the border town of Ayamonte in Spain. Comprising of an entrance hall, large lounge dining area with open plan kitchen and a good sized bathroom. There are 3 sets of patio doors from the light and spacious lounge each leading to a small semi circular balcony with great views one of which is furnished with a bistro set for two. The bright and airy bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with side lamps and built in wardrobes providing plenty of storage space. The lounge area has a 3 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs. The sofa converts to a double bed providing a sleeping area for an additional 2 people. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The dining area has is a granite dining table with 4 bar stools. The kitchen area has an oven, hob and storage cupboards. The bathroom has a full sized bath, WC, bidet and basin. Hot water is provided by an instant water heater. Monte Gordo is a busy town all year round. The beach is beautiful, with wide golden sands, straw sun parasols and sun loungers. There are lots of bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques close by the apartment building. Outside of the apartment block is a lovely café with outside seating providing the perfect place for breakfast or a coffee while you soak up the atmosphere. Just around the corner from the complex is a nature reserve to explore or why not take the ghecko trail through the nature reserve by the seafront. If you have a car there is plenty of parking within a short walk of the complex. For those arriving by taxi or public transport there is a good bus service.
