We offer you a 3 bedroom Gite from £175 to £375 per week in the village of Lapeyrouse in Central France, for your holiday and relaxation. Lapeyrouse is a village that lies in the north of the Auvergne in the district of Puy-de-Dome. This is one of the few remaining untouched parts of rural France. Ideal for those who like to experience real France. The village is quiet and has the advantage of a large beautiful lake, with a beach, that caters for sunbathing, swimming, fishing and other water sports. The surrounding area is also suitable for cyclists and walkers. Our ground floor apartment sleeps up to 7 people, has all modern facilities and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite). All rooms are on the ground level and the hall leads straight out onto a quiet pavement and lane so there is no need to worry about stairs. We have not exactly catered for those in wheel chairs but there is only one step out to the front and one into the porch and one step out to the front garden. Although the village is quiet it is within 2 minutes walk of a bar, two restaurants, a bakery and a small grocery and within 10 minutes walk of the lake that has its own café/bar (open in the summer months), and an adventure play ground. So you can have a self-contained relaxed holiday if you don't want to travel far. In addition, the low cost of the accommodation, and that it is within a few kilometres of the auto route network down to the south of France, means visitors can also use the Gite as a base for touring to such attractions as the Millau viaduct and the Montpellier coastline, to the south, and even Italy, to the east.....so it is the best of all worlds.
