Our two-bedroom villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in private and peaceful surroundings set on 25 acres of lush-wooded pines in a tropical park-like setting. You can enjoy walks along two scenic ponds inhabited by a wide variety of wildlife such as great blue herons, white egrets and other beautiful species of birds. Within the community there is an outdoor heated pool, a jacuzzi, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse with BBQ and picnic area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and each room has ceiling fans. The lounge, in typical Florida style, is open plan to the dining area and hall. It is carpeted and furnished to a high standard. It includes cable TV, DVD player, music centre (CD, radio and iPod docking station) a selection of films, books and games. The kitchen contains all necessary crockery and cooking utensils, and there is also a breakfast nook. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom (with hairdryer) and patio doors which lead directly on to the lanai. There is also access to the lanai from the lounge which overlooks the "Circle" and is ideal for dining "al fresco". Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a fitted closet and a TV. Telephone is also available (local, national and long-distance calls are free) and there is a wireless internet connection (broadband) in the villa.
