The house is located in a marvellous little village called Asproli. The countryside and nature spread all over around the little and characteristic “borgo”. The house is close to a pretty church with a separate bell tower which stands in the centre of a small square (where there is some additional parking). The house, near the superb woods, is in a very good position, ideal for those people whom adore nature and animals but also for those whom are particularly interested in history and art. As a matter of fact, the house is only 8 km far from Todi (10 minutes by car), medieval town famous for its beauty, art and churches. Locate on the top of a hill, the house dominates the valley in which flows River Tiber (the famous river that runs in the middle of Rome). Hills full of woods are all around the village, wide fields intersects with the green. From the terrace of the house is possible to admire the town of Todi. The house has its rooms on the same floor. A long corridor brings from the entrance to the rest of the rooms: a big living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with all comforts (furnished with a small oven, plates, glasses and all you’d need in a kitchen), a bedroom with two sleeping accommodations, a bathroom with bathtub. Other two sleeping accommodation are seated in the living room (a comfortable sofa bed), it’s also possible to have an additional bed in the bedroom or in the living room. Asproli is a small village belonging to the county of Todi. It’s located in one of the wildest, natural and beautiful place in Umbria, near the Parco Fluviale del Tevere (Natural Park of The River Tiber). In only ten minutes it’s possible to reach Todi by car. Todi is a famous and important town of the centre of Italy, characterized by its architecture and history: rests of the ancient roman settling and wonderful buildings wanted by the ancient power of the Church. Pretty medieval streets flow into gorgeous squares. All the most beautiful places in Umbria are easily reachable from here: Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, etc. Roma is reachable in one hour and a half by car or in two hours by bus from Todi.
