The Villa comprises a three bedroom holiday rental property with a large plunge pool and a smaller children’s splashing pool. The Villa is situated in it’s own clearly marked garden area within a walled compound with other properties of the same design. The gardens are pebbled over and maintained with flowering plants and fruit trees. The villa has it’s own Bar-b-Q. The Villa can accommodate 6 people. One Double bedroom and two bedrooms with two twin beds. There are three bath/shower rooms. One is attached en-suite to the double bedroom, The second bathroom is upstairs, and the third is on the ground floor. Hot water is provided by a solar panel on the roof, supplemented by an immersion heater. All the living space and the bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioners. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas/electric cooker, washing machine, Micro wave oven, toaster and kettle. The gas is supplied by bottle, stored in the cupboard under that stairs. Doors and windows are fitted with security bars,
