In the front of the cottage is a little courtyard parking area for residents, and it is not situated near a road. There is also a double sofa-bed in the sitting/dining room, or alternatively, two single fold-up beds, (one full size single plus one slightly smaller) Maximum occupancy 4. Also upstairs, adjacent to the bedroom, is a spacious modern shower room with power shower and electric towel rail for your comfort. On the ground floor, is a cosy sitting/dining room, with UK freeview TV plus French TV, Dvd player with selection of films, and the bonus of FREE Internet connection for our guests' use. We also provide a good selection of books. There is a log-burning stove in this cosy room. A small but practical modern fitted kitchen leads from the sitting room, with gas cooker, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. Outside is a lovely little private garden and patio area, with open countryside views, and equipped with bbq, table and seating, and sunloungers. We also provide free use of two adult mountain bikes, and also baby equipment such as travel cot, highchair and stair safety gate.
