Our house is situated in a beautiful location at the very end of a small countryroad, surrounded by meadows and forest and overlooks the Prüm river valley. Far from busy roads you can enjoy calmness and a fresh Eifel breeze. The spacious apartment (an annexe of the main house but with own entrance and garden at the back of the house) can accommodate 4 persons and is equipped with a spacious bedroom with double bed, a loft with two single beds, an open living room with kitchenette, dining table, comfortable lounge with TV, separate bathroom with shower and toilet , a sun terrace / private garden with garden furniture and barbecue, internet access, satellite TV. The nearest villages are Bettingen and Oberweis, both 2 km away and the nearest town is Bitburg - 12 km away. We are situated directly next to the Prüm valley cyclepath, there are many different paths for walking and cycling, there are possbilities for horse riding and angling, plus many places of interest to visit (Irrel waterfall, Devils gorge, Muellertal - Kleine Luxembourger Schweiz, natureparks, museums and much more). There is an open-air swimming pool within walking distance in Oberweis and the Cascade baths in Bitburg. It is also easy to visit the historic cities of Vianden (Luxemburg)- 20 km, Luxemburg-City - 40 km or Trier - 36 km.
