Notes
Prices include all utilities bed linen and towels, including pool towels.
Bookings must be confirmed by payment of a 25 gbp non refundable deposit.
The remainder of the payment must be paid six weeks prior to your arrival.
We can accept payments direct to our English of French accounts or by Paypal using debit or credit cards. We also accept cash and cheques.
Guests should normally arrive after 1600hrs. Departures should normally be before 1000hrs. These times can be modified by prior arrangement.
Why not take advantage of the low cost airlines cheaper midweek flights, that way you get a whole weekend to enjoy.
Reductions are available for longer term stays of greater than 2 weeks.

About Weather/Climate/Temperature
The local bar/restaurant "Le Rotja" is only 150m from the house. It is open all year round (not on Tuesday evenings and all day Wednesday). You can get fresh pain au chocolat and croissant each morning (must be ordered the day before).

Nearby Villefranche de Conflent and Prades have many varied restaurants and bars. They have festivals throughout the year with open air music events.
About Nightlife
Villefranche is the starting point for your trips up to the Pyrenees. The ideal way of seeing the beautiful scenery up the mountains is on The Little Yellow Train, Le Petit Train Jaune a lovely day out for all the family. Please book early in summer as it soon gets booked up, particularly the open-air carriages.
About Transport
The beautiful sandy Mediteranean beaches are only 1 hr from the house but if you want something closer, Vinça lake and beach area is great for swiming or relaxing on the sand. The children will love the small kiddie park too. (14 km)
