Its originality, compared to the countless villas in the region: it is located on a private peninsula, and is therefore fully preserved. This is one of the few places on the island where peace is not a futile word. Children can play in the enclosed garden or on the beach which is only 50 meters away, with no roads to cross. The Meeting with the Dolphins is opposite, in the lagoon... The Mall, supermarket, shops, banks, and pharmacy are 3 kms away and 5 minutes by car and 5 kms from the Riverland sports center, where you can enjoy activities such as tennis, aerobics, etc ... Upstairs, there is a comfortable bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private veranda. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms with double beds, one with ensuite bathroom and an additional separate bathroom. Each room has air conditioning and a wall fan. The lounge and TV room are part of a room that opens onto a spacious veranda overlooking the pool and enclosed garden. Equipment: satellite, DVD, telephone and Wifi internet access. Two ceiling fans. Deck chairs protected by a large parasol beside the pool, where you can relax. It also features a charcoal grill. The kitchen is well equipped and easy-going and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and a freezer.
