The property is a short distance from the historic village of Verteuil-sur-Charente, in the sunny department of Charente. We are in a tranquil location surrounded by fields of maize and sunflowers. Quiet lanes and woods by us are ideal for walking or cycling to spot the wide variety of wildlife and birds.
